As well running workshops as part of funded projects, I’ve lead a number of regular writing groups over the years, including Biscuits & Words Young Writers (on behalf of Writing East Midlands) and The Informals, a group for adults which met on a Thursday afternoon in Loughborough Library. I’ve staged one-off writing craft workshops for adults and children and also run a number of short-term after school writing clubs in local primary schools.

Prior to Lockdown in March 2020, I ran a monthly writing class at Ulverscroft Activity Centre for the Shuttlewood Clarke Foundation. I now run similar workshops online for the Royal Voluntary Service.

I currently teach an evening class (online at present) in Creative Writing for Loughborough University, which is open to anyone (with a discount for Loughborough Uni staff and students.)
